there were many experiements through the 80 s and 90 s regarding noise

Scientist had discovered that plants that are left to grow beside loud music grow less
While the plants that are left beside speakers with relaxing music grown more and in greater symmetry that do the noise effected ones

Scientists even discovered that to shout was healthy in regards to stress releif , but screaming your guts out in a public place was not recommended so one scientist invented the mounth scilencer , a type of cussion for a scream applied to the mounth to scilence the sound but giving the user quite a positive kick.

Most humans, when thy think of scilence do so with a regard for settling into old age and having the respect of scilence when they are in a noisy area

Basically because the noise as regards the non respect of a quiet area will define the internal noise , as is defined by Hindu methods to be a store in which the basic common value for amplitude as a conquest of ones own problems
But everyone cannot continually know what the scilence level of a area is like If they continually make noise to make a statement of internal problems wherein the resultance of amplitude x displacement of wave delays = frequency of the generally most apparent frequency of a noise source.

There are places in UNIVERSITIEs that deal with the study of noise in their noise chambers, not the basic insulative ones but the concrete types wherein the sound is dampened by the solidity of the walls
This gives the noise rebound a instance of absorbtion and reflective nullation or like having 2 layers of sound insulation

If youve been in one of theese , the feeling is very strange and somewhat unsettling because you cannot even hear your thoughts so a minimal duration for being in one of theese chambers is a minute or below the minute mark , due to the effects of the psyche on its own noise constraint limitations.

As well as the basic law for sound reduction over a certain hour of the night in quiet areas

There are limits to the amount of noise the ear can take as well as the limits for a punctured ear drum due to noise which can kill over the limits of 100 decibels
at such high values of sound , the eardrum starts to ressonate into a standing wave meaning its frequency is similar to the sound source, so even standing near a speaker will puncture the eardrum and cause internal bleeding inside the scull.

basic AZTECHIAN technology based on the speed of sound was responsible for their theories on sound packets that could define the distance between sound sources while also defining the thought that was derived by the sound in the amount of distance that seperated two sound sources where the sound was on its way twoards or away from the source by a decimal distance so that the thoughts themselves became tactical systems of aquiring alternate sound source power by basic divisions and whole numbers. You could know what thought sound was displaceing towards you without any full number basis than the decimal displaceement it made in response prior to being thought….

In common use, the word noise means any unwanted sound.
