the inclusions of any vector expansions on the surface of such a rotating body

because all bodies rotate or are effected by rotation: the same will go for the expansions of vector angles to the horizon of such bodies..

As the general law for the types of force in volumetrical expansions from

the surface

to the externals known of as orbit spacetime

the basic definitions of a force in expansion and increase of Newton force will at some point be = to the volume gained / volume of the sphere

So that the rotational influence can again be altered from a external position in spacetime depending on the gravity values of the vector outwards..
