Remeber the old optimsed versions of the compact Disk or laser disk as it was known at the time:

It was planned that befor the Tech format had take two cyles of Disk developement with the interatice stage of the basic Audial compact disk, the data generated by the fase ending in a couple of years would have a OPTIMAL level of 2 very large data programmes which could bee overlayed on top of each other and replay the simultaneous data on the level of interaction: meaning that the interfaced Small disk could play and record simultaneously with the outer 2 Optimal Disks so that the intertwined values of any and all data would be recorded on the small interface disk: Giving , on the Genome level, not only all the possibles but also the fase out of the OPTIMAL advancement Disk nr 2 at a higher level of data STORE…as such anything and everything will be recordable:

The Eu or Eouropean Union has 20 states at this moment supporting the 25 or so years of the basic HAND OVERS of the Bianale concept for technology and will take the level 1 Disk / 2 Disk= the surface area of a Cirumferencial problem known of as the physics of holes
